@Sidique Gawusu I know…, some cases have longer timelines. I will need to wait until March 25th to communicate with them regarding my situation. It seems the waiting time is extending, but I remain hopeful for positive news by that time.

it has been 351 since my submission but was wondering about something according to the powerbi that our dear friend shared with us it shows that almost the cases before December 2023 are actively reviewing is this correct? thanks

@Arsany Ghaly In some cases, the status changes to "actively reviewing," while others remain at "received." Sometimes, you suddenly receive an approval, denial, or request for evidence (RFE). My lawyer informed me that these status updates don't hold much significance in the end. When they begin working on our cases, it typically takes anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of days for a resolution. This means our cases are currently sitting in a pile or box, waiting to be addressed. For now, we just have to wait… 😕 Plus the average time now is 345 days to get 80% reviewed, the other 20% gets an answer faster others longer…

It's a heart test for everyone. My case now is 375 days old. (Texas)
