hand me a paper - case on held , said need supervisor to make final decision . The whole interview may be like 40 mins , no question and screen my documents at all . only ask for I 91, my divorce paper in last marriage and my mailing address . I guess is a long waiting again , so fed up . we prepared the documents till 4 am the night before .

travel combo card #vawa base
I have a question I have travel on my combo card to my country more than once. But I want to know has any one use it to go somewhere other than thier country? I seen people said it’s only safe to travel to your country. also has any one taking a cruise with it? I’m sure others would love to know thank you
Is it possible to request a travel authorization for visiting my country because my mom will have a medical procedure
My I-131 was denied and I presented a motion (in processing). This week, I received a news about a medical procedure for my mom and it is risky. My EAD does not allow to travel.
I know that it would affect my process and I-485 if travel at this time. I would just like to go to my country and come back to be with my family after accompanying to my mother.
Do you give me some suggestions? Has anyone had a similar situation?

Notice explaining USCIS action was mailed
After receiving the second actively reviewing message on the 13th August 2024. Today I received another notice saying. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions on the notice and submit any requested materials. Has anyone here received such a notice, is this a RFE?
Waiting time after I-485 interview
How many weeks/months generally USCIS takes to annouce the decision after EB2 NIW i-485 interview?
Many applicants get the verbal approval at the end of interview which is fine.
Many applicants recieve the decision right after the interview which is fine.
This post is for people who has waited for few weeks/few months to recieve a decision on I-485 interview.
