Priority date was wrong by USCIS
My old priority date is 2016 but new I140 approval isnt appeared old date, so I can apply to get interview schedule as Visa bulettin is current. what should I do for this case? Please sharing! Thanks so much.
P/S: I already applied premium fee for I140 approval, anh then it was done, and sent to NVC for next step, but priority date was wrong so my lawyer had called it from NVC to USCIS for adjust the priority date but I was waiting from Sep 17, 2024 up to now but nothing was heard. ðŸ˜

i had the same issue . my lawyer reached out to USCIS and they fixed it in couple of weeks
