Hello everyone, i’ve been reading most of y’all experience whether it’s good or bad whether it’s a short process or a long lanky process and I just want to thank y’all for your encouraging words that post and I also would like to say to those still waiting. (let me deep sigh 1st bcoz I know anxiety and I know what y’all going through and still going through) I know anxiousness/anxiety will try to seep in but remember if you are a praying person or that you believe in something that is higher than this world, try not/never give up on God because He will keep you covered even in your most frustrated moments He surely will still protect you and just when you had or think you had enough, and you even forget about your processing status that’s where you’re gonna see the right time shines.

ok so I’ve been seeing a lots of posts with US Citizen spouses petioning for beneficiaries. is my understanding that there is no priority dates when it comes to US Citizens as applicants for the beneficiaries. if that’s the case why do people keep posting that nonsense if priority dates only apply to green card holders petitioning for spouses? I’m I lost here because I’ve never heard of priority date for US citizens petitioning for spouses

My marriage case was denied because I couldn't attend the interview due to illness, despite having a doctor's letter. I notified Immigration a day before and received a Request number. However, I saw online that my case was denied today. A lawyer offered to send a reschedule letter for $3000, but there's no guarantee. Any advice?

I didn’t receive any Request for Additional Evidence RFE I-360
I got a online notification my vawa based I-360 RFE request from uscis. I received online notification only August-2022, I filed case on June-2022, but still I didn't get any physical mail from my lawyer, I really don't know what exactly need USCIS from my side. so how can I contact uscis or any other way is there to get it my RFE request. could please somebody share it.

Hey guys I got RFE for sponsor, I replied quickly after that they are reviewing my case since February 8, so 203 days ago. When they usually let us knows about the answer for RFE? I heard something about 60 days…It’s anyway to ask them?
