VAWA no update
USCIS never asked me for anything no RFE nothing and some people that I filled before are getting approved. I asked for an expedited request months ago and they denied it.filled on October 04/21. I’m wondering if they still have my application or not 🤔🤔. anyone experience anything like that?

some people filed in aprial and still no decision, some of them filed october and have approved already, no one can Predict USCIS, just pray and be patient man @pal Pal

my took exactly 37 months, I applied October 05/2021 I they approved nov 05/2024 u should have news soon. wait until January if u don’t have any news, contact your congress man. good luck. 🙏🏼

@pal Pal same here when i filed in Sept 2021 i sent everything along i never received RFE even though they said RFE was sent. last month I contacted a congressman and the replied I got was they’re reviewing it and I should hear from them in 30 days. I’m hopeful and praying for the best outcome.
