we are 16th Aug 2023 waiting at Vermont Nebraska seems approving 20th Aug

No one for September that hasn't filed K3 or expedited has seen approvals, least of all 3rd week of September. I'd say judging by how slow they've gotten recently, wait another 5-6 weeks realistically. If you get it before, then great.

@Shagufta T is there a place where we can see approvals by month for our processing centers? i would like to know where the California center is at.

@Faith only - I don't think anything out there is accurately being displayed. I know Visa Journey shows where each service center is at, but since March this year when approval times started slowing down their tracking has been completely off. I would say keep track of multiple websites like this, Reddit's USCIS sub-red, Facebook groups, Visa Journey, and check updates daily on people who have updated with their approvals. Make sure to differentiate between standalone I-130's (if that is the case for you) and AOS I-130's - as both have different processing times. You'll gage the current date they're on generally, and often people will also write what service center it came from - and if they don't you can always comment under their post and ask them. You kind of have to chase this information actively on a daily level to really understand what's going on.

Hopefully we get all approved this months! August is taking a long time, maybe bc of elections?
