@G G hi, did your status ever update to schedule for interview , or you just found out about interview queue when you call agent on phone

@Y J Just found out this morning when I called, they said the waiver was canceled yesterday but my status is stil CRP

@G G that is interesting , is it hard to get through phone to speak with an agent , seems that on the call they able to provide more information than asking Emma online

@G G @m m so I just tried call the Uscis number and said infopass, it actually ring through to an agent answering my call, they are like Emma online chat person except it’s real person voice, they said they can see my case is CRP, what she can do is help me put a side note in the system to hopefully get attention to an officer to review my file ( basically our crp file is being stay put without being picking up LOL) , let’s see how it go

@Y J @m m Yes I used infopass too - I think the brightside for you is that they haven’t scheduled interview. Most of the CRP cases change to New Card is being Produced, hopefully that is the case for you

@G G thanks for the insight, based on the patttern of approval almost 80-90% eb based can be approve without interview, but I think those agent are same as live chat Emma, but they sound friendly in the phone which I’m very surprise haha.
