can someone tell me what does that mean VISIBILITY on uscis response.
uscis responded to my inquiry through the congressman;
constituent’s Form I-485 was receipted to the Charlotte Field Office on July 3, 2024 and is currently assigned to an adjudicating officer for review. We notified the adjudicating officer and their supervisor of your inquiry for their visibility.

hey everyone,
today a few hours ago my husband got a "We have taken action" email but was for "We are actively reviewing..." we thought of course nothing new but we checked the documents tab and the I130 approval notice was there :), no interview. fun fact we just came back last night from abroad and Re entering the country with AP wasn't bad at all, I was just thinking maybe this could have had expedited the process ?
Hopefully next week I get the I 485 approved too :).

I asked Emma and an agent said my case is under security check and has not made it to a field office yet. What is the expected approval time, any idea?
Can I still travel to Canada as a visitor and go back under Parole card multiple time?
