EB1- Approved undercrosschareability , derivative (spouse and daughter still pending)
Hi My I-485 AOS EB1 Approved on July 31st based on crosschargeability depending on my wife place of birth as she born in Africa and under crosschargeability PD is current as I born in india I requested to apply Crosschargeability to USCIS and I got the GC in hand now , however still my wife and daughter approval showing case remain pending though my wife birth place is Africa, anyone in similar situation or faced similar situation waiting for dependents approval ? and please let me know if anyone faced similar situation what steps you have take. To resolve to resolve it, is it May be becuase visa is exhausted for this FY as per USCIS announcement.

We have been waiting 2.7 years for our I130 to get approved.
I applied for my husband and I am a greencard holder.
Distance is so difficult but I have been visiting him twice a year.
I really hope the universe hears my prayers because this has been very very hard on us.
I applied to get citizenship 4 months ago and still no response from that either.
Why Uscis why?
Hope is the only thing remaining now. Very tired from all of this.
I try to be positive but I feel broken on the inside. Life seems meaningless.

My VAWA journey started 4 years ago. To say it’s been a painful journey is an understatement but I’m grateful that it ended in praise. Alhamdulilah. I’m just too excited. Thanks to people who post their experiences and answer questions here.
