On November 25, 2024, we received your correspondence for Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, Receipt Number EAC2########. We are reviewing your correspondence, and will send you a notice if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Noti after this but just received a new Prima Fiece in the mail this morning which will expire in May 2026. Sometimes it’s just frustrating.

Advance parole travel experience
Hello, I travelled for 5 weeks, i returned from JFK using advance parole 2 days ago, at the booth officer asked me where am i coming from, how long was the trip, where do i work and took fingerprints, after that officer told me let me direct you to the room they verify your AP, lot of people were waiting on the room i waited almost 2.5 hrs. finally officer called me and asked me is your Green card pending I answered simply Yes and she took to the room took fingerprints again told me she is just waiting for the final confirmation if i have pay the Fee for using AP, and finally she got a confirmation - not required and asked me write down address, and told me good to go, it’s safe to use AP, don’t think much if you have to travel, but answer the questions genuinely

Hello, I gave interviews on November 25 than updated , On November 25, 2025, we sent you a notice about a decision on your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, or describing how we will process the case if it is still pending. Your case is located at our National Benefits Center location. Please follow any instructions in the notice. Anyone knows what does mean ? tx y

GREEN CARD QUESTIONS
my Vawa was approved in the month of June I filed my i485 now my question is I had charges which I was found not guilty and it got dismissed and sealed in the cases of selling alcohol to minor and violation of order of protection in both I was found not guilty would that be a problem for me and I disclosed it in my application of i485 with dismissal letters and I had a ticket of red lights in nyc which I was guilty and I forgot to mention it in my application now my question is will that affect my case if anyone knows please help me. I came on f1 visa

EB-1C I-485 After RFE Response — How Long?
Hi everyone,
I’m an EB-1C (people manager) applicant. I filed concurrently in late May 2025. My I-140 RFE was approved on Oct 17, 2025, and USCIS received my I-485 RFE response on Sep 18, 2025.
Since then, my I-485 (MSC receipt) has remained in ‘Response to RFE Received’ status.
Is this normal? For EB-1C applicants, how long does USCIS typically take to approve the I-485 after the I-140 approval and RFE response? Any guidance or similar experiences would be helpful
timestamp update - 485
Hi all, my biometric was done on 17th nov. immediately my case status changed to “case is still being processed by USCIS”. I also saw two FTA0 events in a short time span.
On 18th I saw a silent timestamp with no event code such as FTA0 or anything. Then, on 21st I saw two timestamp updates. Then, on 25th I saw another two timestamp updates.
these are only timestamp updates with no case status change. is it normal to see those ?
note: 765 and 131 are still pending.
