Should I take a break?
I have been working for my sponsor almost 3 years since 2023. My PD is 10/2021. I got interviewed on December 2024 and they only asked for Medical rfe, and said I have to wait since it was not current yet. After I submitted Medical, my case is remaining pending. Before the interview, it was pending too.
Recently my sponsor requires us to work 7 days and a few day 12 hour/day during the week. I am exhausted. I want to take a break since there will no movement till October. I want to quit so bad, but I’m afraid if they will interview me again or ask for more evidents (sup J, paycheck,..)
✅Green Card Returned to USCIS – Address Was Updated on Time. Anyone
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience and check if anyone here has faced something similar:
• ✅ June 25 – I submitted an AR-11 address change online
• 🛠 June 25 – My USCIS case status changed to “New Card Is Being Produced”
• ✅ June 26 – My I-485 was approved
• 📨 July 1 – USCIS mailed the green card, but it was sent to my old address
• ☎️ I spoke to a USCIS agent the same day (July 1), and they confirmed that my new address was already on file
• 📦 USPS tracking never showed a delivery attempt — the card is now in return transit to USCIS
• 📝 I’ve submitted a Non-Delivery of Card service request
• USCIS confirmed they’ll re-send it to the correct address once it’s returned
🔄 I’m now waiting for the return to be logged and for them to re-mail the card.
Has anyone here gone through this — and did USCIS re-send your card automatically once they got it back?
How long did it take?
Thanks in advance for any guidance — will keep this updated for others in the same boat. #greencard #usps
Contradictory infos by USCIS agents
Hi all
I’m contacting USCIS through Emma life agent on weekly basis since a while and everytime the agent gives me an information different from the other agent. I’m literally confused on what is going on. are they giving real information or just making it up to abruptly end the chat/call.
I was told different things about the location of my case each time in three of them they mentioned the same field which is THE Washington field office. in between the first time I was told this and the last time, I was told several times that it never left the National benefit center.
Today also I was told that the last time my case was reviewed was on 1-31-2025. however one week ago I was told it was last time reviewed on 6-24-2025.
I was never told when it was transferred to the non local FO.
I asked to contact me with tier 2 agent and they confirmed that and sent me an email to confirm that someone will contact me in a few days.
Any clues about this, thoughts on what kind of info I should ask and what to say expect to help move my case???
Please leave me as much comments as possible.

Vawa cancellation of Removal(42b)
please family I want to share my story to see if anyone has been through this or have someone related to similar experiences. I married my US citizen spouse in 2017.we live together with her daughter and do everything together.in 2019 we were called for an interview and we both attended even while she was heavily pregnant, we did our baby shower and she eventually gave birth to my son whom I name after my father.in 2020 after she gave birth we were called for second interview.after much questions and answers the Officer ask us to go that we hear from her.two weeks later I got a mail from USCIS requesting for the DNA of my child, with that I was very happy and took my son and my wife to do the DNA.three weeks later I got a letter of denial that the child is not my child,so I was placed on Removal proceedings.I couldn’t believe it so I waited for my wife to come back from work and I showed her the denial letter.she was so furious that the child is mine.so after much intervention from family members another DNA was carried out and it shows that the child was not mine.at that time it dawn on my spouse and she started confessing her sexual exploit when I traveled to work in other states.church members and pastor intervene and because of the love I have for my family I continue the marriage and so we decided to refile another petition proving the burden of our marriage.in feb 2022 4:00am I came back from a journey unannounced on opening my door I saw my wife with another man on our bed so I held the guy struggling and my spouse is dragging away unfortunately the guy escaped.so I went to call few friends to come see what I saw but unfortunately before I could get to the house my wife call the police that I hit her so I was arrested two days later my pastor bailed me out.before the court hearing my wife wrote an affidavit of non prosecution to drop the case so the case was dismissed.unknown to me during that time my wife has withdrawn the I-130 petition she filed for me without my notice.we later reconcile and were called for first interview in sep 2024 and second interview on October 30th 2024.my master calendar hearing was November 12 2024.when I came the judge asked me if my I-130 has been approved I said still pending so he reschedule me for feb 14 2025.my lawyer wrote letter to USCIS requesting for decision and two weeks later USCIS replied with the withdrawal letter of my wife in 2022.i swear my life became devastated.February 14 2024 I got to the court with my lawyer and told the judge what my wife did to the I-130.I begged the judge if he can terminate my case so that I file for Vawa but the DHS(ICE) refused.so now my lawyer has no other options than to file for relief for me with the court.(Vawa cancellation of Removal).so the judge set my individual hearing for December 2025.please family what is my chance and what can I do to overcome this and get my petition granted by the judge?

Waiting…
I submitted a response to the Request for Feedback (RFE) on September 2024, and my PD was on January 2024. However, I am still awaiting a final response.
The RFE was quite peculiar. The agent requested only my bachelor’s degree information, which was an RFE with only one page. I was taken aback because I am pursuing an MBA here, and I couldn’t believe he overlooked such crucial information.
Since I was unsure of what he truly wanted, I responded thoroughly, providing all the necessary information. However, he had only requested my bachelor’s degree and a one-page RFE without any further requests, which made me confused. That’s why I sent all the information again.
I am still waiting for an answer after an excessively long period without any response.
Interview was rescheduled
Hi everyone - could someone help me with this issue please if he/ she has seen it before.
I received a notification that my I-485 was rescheduled for interview on July 9th and I did not receive the interview notice yet. when I reached out to USCIS via Emma, and USCIS agent informed me that there is no interview scheduled for me yet and it appears that USCIS was going to schedule an interview but it did not.

Did anyone successfully naturalize in 3 years after filing I-751 waiver based on abuse/divorce?
Hi everyone, I got my conditional green card in September 2023 through marriage. unfortunately it ended in abuse and I got divorced. I’m now filing my I-751 with a waiver based on abuse and divorce. I know the 3 year rule normally applies if you’re still married to your USC spouse but I’ve heard conflicting things whether it still applies if you’re filing a waiver based on abuse.
Has anyone here successfully filed for naturalization after 3 years of having a green card under these circumstances? Would love to hear from others with similar experiences or knowledge. thanks in advance.
