My green card case ranking
Guys,
I subscribed to the lawfully app like 2-3 days ago and I checked my case ranking and it was 198th. My case again moved to 199th out of 315. What does that mean? Does it mean it’ll for my case to get approved? Because it scared me out when I first found out that my case ranking was 198th 😔

Manifesting approvals: what’s the first thing you’ll do when it finally comes?
The ones of us who’ve been waiting 3+, 4+, 5+ years for approval let’s just take a breath together. Inhale. Exhale. Let’s manifest that our approvals are coming. Let’s picture what we’ll do when that day finally arrives.
I’ll start first. When I get approved, the very first thing I’ll do is call my parents. Then I’ll call all my friends the ones who stood by me through the abuse, through the marriage, and after, when I had nowhere to live and was abandoned. I’ll call my old boss who gave me a job when I had nothing. Then I’ll take a little time to treat myself maybe go out, breathe, feel free. And after that, I’ll pack my bags and go see my parents.
Let’s keep praying, let’s keep believing. If not now, then let it be by the end of this year. Our time will come. 💙
Green Card Delivered to Wrong Address
I have no idea what else to do. I asked Emma for the tracking number of my husbands green card and it said it was already delivered a week ago… I called the post office and it was delivered to another address. I contacted USCIS with e-request and they responded saying it was delivered to their address they had on file. but I have proof from the post office that it was mailed somewhere else. I submitted this as evidence with the I-90 filed under “card not recieved”. I’m so beyond upset.
background check is final step?
I am wondering if background check is the final step before decision my case pending since January 2021
when i did inquiry throughout congreswoman answer was background check
question is they completed everything they wont be asking any RFE once background check clear they will decide?

Maintain 35hrs per week
I’m working as a sushi chef at my sponsor restaurant for over a year now. I know that I have to maintain at least 35hrs per week to consider as full-time employee but due to business slowdown, my hour is not really consistent. Sometimes I have over 40hrs for one week but the other week I only have 30-34hrs. Since I work at a restaurant, I was schedule for 35 hrs most of the time but I always finished cleaning and left early so I ended up having only 34hrs. Is it gonna be a problem? my employee status is always full-time on the system tho.
