my T visa was aproved 2019, than I apply for i485 on July 2023, fingerprint was reused for my I765 on Dec 2023. Work permit received in 2024 . requested an expedited processing in 2024 and was denied in 2024. The i 485 still *processing* for a total of 37months today. At USCIS website the average timeline for i485 based in a T visa is 43.5 months

My I 485 still *processing* since july 2023. my Lawyer said that can inquire on my case only after may 2027.
