processing time
hi Everyone ,
I applied for green card on May 2025 based on marriage to USC, I didn’t receive any serious update (only I-765. & I-485 processing - 1-130 &I-131 received ), the analysis here shows the processing time for my receipt is 68 days for the EAD and UScis shows 3.5 month based on my situation and service center, now i am waiting for 120 days with no update. is this normal and when i can expect the EAD? Thnx
GREENED UP!✅
Hey y’all, I received my green card. If you feel despair, I just wanna encourage you. Stay optimistic! And also, if you just won your asylum case and you’re having doubts; whether or not you should apply before or after the 1yr mark; I say go ahead and apply. You can wait a month after asylum grant then apply. I applied 6 months after my asylum grant.

Green card processing time
it seems like USCIS is changing the processing time every month the updated processing time to process 80% raised to 16.5 last month it was 15.5 and then it went to 16 and now 16.5 and as will there is a tool in their website that when you can ask question regarding your pending I-485 for me which my filling date is may/2024 it jumped from jan 20/2026 to mar 20/2026
EAD approved after almost 4 months(May 7th)!
I wanted to share my experience in case it helps others. I filed an expedite request under humanitarian grounds while also facing the risk of losing a job offer. I uploaded the request under unsolicited evidence and followed up with USCIS the next day. Soon after, I received an email that my case had been forwarded to the Nebraska Service Center.
I’m very grateful to this community—I saw a similar case here last month that got approved quickly, which encouraged me to try. If I was able to do it, so can you. There’s no harm in trying!
I passed my civic test back in 7/2023 and today I got another notification that my interview was scheduled for N400. what should I do? can I bring my lawyer with me.?
my first interview was about civic test and N400. after I signed the IO asked me again why my green card application and my N400 didn’t match about time moved to the same address.
I was waiting since 7/2023 until now and I got another notification about second interview N400. I’m very nervous and dont know what to prepare . can someone give me some advise plseas?
