@lucky Paaji you gonna get your interview scheduled soon ,if you will not get update your status within month expedite again they schedule for sure I did same thing they took my interview 2 weeks ago.I am still waiting for the result ,but everything was good , revise your I-485 application they gonna ask you questions from that application.if you traveled on I-131 keep all the proofs they will ask you for sure about that trip and proof ,simple and easy. @lucky Paaji tusi app v expedite request paa sakdey ooo without help of lawer just u have to call or chat with uscis and tell them i wanna put expedite request under finacial loss certiria and tell them i donot have work no cdl so thats why i wanna putt request after some time tier 2 offcier will cll u or email u and u can tell him or her i have cancel letter may be sometime they can require document from u if they agree they can put your file in expidite its very simple processs donot hire the lawer donot spend money on lawyer

@lucky Paaji how did you get your expedite request decision did they mail a letter or it’s showing on your case status online. I also send them documents for my expedite request more than 2 months ago still no response.

@lucky Paaji my case also at Fresno Field Office I send them documents for expedite request kn may 6, I submitted inquiry through congressman and they replied and said they loat my documents then I send it again on 15 July waiting for decision on it. Please let me know if my expedite request approved my case status change online or they will mail me a letter

I request an expedite in 2024 was denied and i talk to my lawyer last week to make a new request. He said that USCIS is taking 3 months to respond expedite request and in my case, my right to inquire in regard my i 485 pending that completed 37 months, will be on May of 2027. We decide just wait and don't request another expedited processing, My lawyer also mentioned that when USCIS answer the inquiries usually is with " we're still processing in the order it was received" in 2024 it took a 3 months for a tier 2 anwer and he denied with in 48 hours and is showing on the status of my case since 2024. *you expedited request where denied* BTW My Congress Women did request on my behalf, my reason was a job offer that required a secret clearance that only GC or Citizens can have. I lost the job opportunity. plz anyone that read it, don't feel discouraged, also my lawyer said that they're very unpredictable and some clients got the expedite against all odds. My lawyer always advise for ourselfs or the congress representatives fill these requests
