it only took over 50 calls to uscis one 3 expeditie request denied, and finally decided to ask why is it taking longer than 60 days to process my rfe and my card is produced today
i wish anyone that is waiting still please try everything, my lawsuit was ready to be submitted today. thank god, I saved up on some money.
6months after London interview..
This process can somewhat feel like a bubble or some mirage, but eats you up…
i130 approved since October 2023, IR1 interview done at London embassy since April 2024, case status on READY since July 2024, multiple date updates after including last Friday & today but still nothing.
Senator have made enquiries but nothing just generic response, as when I do.
I had to request my passport back at the 5th month.
Absolutely nothing prepares one for the stress & strain that comes with this process.
