Am a nurse waiting for eb3 interview consular process pd may 23. My fiance is in usa on asylum for many years. recently he gave i589 interview but result pending. can i marry him and add him to spouse

Reason for marrying him is that if they dont grant him asylum . can he leave usa and marry me and come back to usa on spouse visa? Is it wise to do so?

he cannot leave with pending asylum results. he might not be able to get back. just keep praying
