EB3 Application with pending asylum case without visa entry(esta entry to US)
Hi, My name is Eugene, from South Korea.
I suffered child abuse(my mom came with a knife to the orphanage for money. etc like that). So now I am an asylum applicant, but I have a valid working permit when I arrived US I didn't have a visa. So that is problematic. Could you answer for this one? I served in a choir for months and did many jobs including cleaning the toilet, serving, dishwasher.
