I have received since October 28th from immigration request for evidence. My lawyer tells me that she sent my request for evidence since December 7th but when we call immigration, they say that they have not yet received the documents that the lawyer sent also, I do not see an update on my account. Can someone explain to me what this means? I am worried. Has anyone been in this situation?

ask your lawyer to give you the tracking number so you can see if it was delivered or no

same with me pd is may 31 2023 they send me a rfe in November 2023 I responded but they never updated and they called us for an interview in last September and officer thanks my lawyer for sending him a lot document that was when we found out that they received my rfe response. now I’m waiting for my decision almost 120 days nothing. at the interview officer told me to give him 1 month to review my files but it’s been 120 days already nothing.

don’t worried so much I believe they got your rfe response they don’t update all the time

@Glory k if you have copies send them yourself. Sometimes the lawyers/clerks delay things. They will say ine thing and do the opposite. Thankfully NVC wrote me to ask for documents which I thought the lawyer had already submitted. When i checked online they had only paid the fees and went on vacation until Jan 7th. I submitted everything on my own. Be vigilant
