I130 Approved
Hi folks,
I got 3 emails from uscis this morning saying action has taken (status changed to actively reviewed), and a few moments ago I got one more email (status changed to 130 approved) but my I485 form still in active review. Does anyone know the next steps? Thank you so much for all

I-131 Advance parole case is pending since 980 days. no update receive after 01/17/2023 last notice I797c
My I-131 advance parole case was received to USCIS on 01/22/2022 and then I have received I797c notice that have including IOE and A numbers in 01/17/2023
till to date I haven't received any updates or response regarding my pending Advanced parole application.

how long to get passport back after interview?
Hi! My husband had his Visa interview September 26th, 2024 and was approved at the interview. The officer told him we needed to submit two more documents and he would get approval no matter what. I instantly submitted the documents and was hoping it would be a smooth process. He is going through the Dublin US Embassy. As of today, none of the documents have been looked at or accepted in the portal. We have plans to bring him to the U.S. on November 1st, 2024 and have not heard anything and he still doesn’t have his passport. our pending date is June 2023. is it likely that we are out of money regarding plane tickets that were already booked? the officer told him it was fine for him planning on leaving in November.. trying to be patient but it’s coming up quick..
