I filed for my husband. it has been two years now. my status said its at the final stage where a decision has to be made but now it's saying 14month . live agent said case status task unassigned.
has anyone received this information. its been 2years since I filed for my husband I485, i130 and i131. my case status said its at final stage but 14month. when I spoke to live agent they said my case status is task unassigned. has anyone experienced this or received this information before. please help

j'avais répondu aux RfE au mois de juin. et en octobre, il me disait 10 jours j'aurais la décision, arrivé à novembre il dise que la décision sera prise dans 12 mois et voilà le 12/24 de cette année j'ai reçu "case approved" pour le I-485 et deux après le I-130 a été aussi approuvé.
donc je te dirais n'est pas te décourager avec ces 14 mois ça peut changer

I would do a service request so they someone can look at your case and if they don’t need anything else they will move forward with your case, happened to my husband was taking forever and I did request got reply in a week then got approve 130, 2-3 months later 485 approved
