hello ! please advice! concurrent filling December 2023. interview waived for both. I-130 approved August 2025. I-485 still pending. clean case, inside the US, not from the 39 countries list, came legally. Why do you think it can take so long and how much longer it can take? thank you all!
Waiting 44 Business Days with NO Updates – EB2 NIW Premium Processing
Is anyone else waiting 44–45 business days for NIW Premium Processing with no update? Today is my 44th business day and still NO UPDATE. The status shows: “Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS.”
PD: December 18, 2025
Texas Service Center
Is USCIS now using the full 45 business days to respond? I would really appreciate hearing your recent experiences.
Thank you!
waiting on approval for 751
Hi everyone ! I am going on a year waiting for my 751 to be approved to remove my conditional green card (I have the 2 yr) it’s expired obviously, but I did receive the letter from USCIS extending my card for 2 more years until I get an approval for the 10yr.
I want to travel to Mexico, but I am wondering if anyone else has traveled out of the country with no issues with an expired GC. anyone ?
share your experience pls.
trump has made things a bit stricter so I’m just taking precautions.
I 360
Hi everyone, I just received my I-360 approval! My priority date is May 2025. I was wondering if I can file my I-485 (Adjustment of Status) and I-131 (Travel Document) right away, or do I need to wait for the visa bulletin dates to move forward? Also, for those who filed recently, how long did it take for your travel document (Advance Parole) to be approved? Thank you in advance for your help!"
Quitting after interview
Hi guys,
Looking for an advice...
I've been working for my sponsor for 2,5 now, already had my interview back in December, the officer said everything was fine and we were approved, but we haven't received any answers since that.
I am really tired of working for my sponsor and I am thinking of quitting. I know I could wait a little longer, but I don't want to 😓
My question is, will that be a problem for my case since I have been working this long and already had the interview?
Thank you 😊

Advise on EB-2 NIW filing
Hello to all the great people on here. I'm considering filing EB-2 NIW now that the visa bulletin is current beginning March 2026 for this category. I previously filed under the EB-1A category (through lawyer) and it has been 18 months and is yet to hear back from USCIS. No RFEs, etc; just "case is still being processed". I'm ROW from 75 temporarily banned countries.
Pls advise me base on the strategy I want to use:
1. File EB-2 NIW premium processing by myself (can I file online?)/should I use the lawyer which is costly and slow!
2. when approved, ask lawyer to interfile my I-485 thereby linking it to my previous case.
PS: I already have approved EAD since March 2025 valid for five years. Although initially filed by the lawyer, I personally filed my expedited request through my online portal - and is was approved! Expedite reason was national interest and demand for my profession.
Your advise based on your experience(s) would greatly be appreciated.
Combo interview I-751 and N-400
I had my combo I‑751/N‑400 interview at the Baltimore Field Office on February 9, 2026. The interview went smoothly — the officer reviewed my case with spouse, asked me to provide updated joint documents, and I completed and passed the N‑400 civics test.
At the end, the officer gave me the N‑652 form showing that I passed the test, but that a decision could not be made at that time. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. Both my I‑751 and N‑400 still show “Interview Was Scheduled” online.
Has anyone had a similar experience at the Baltimore office? How long did it take for your case to update after the interview?
I’d appreciate hearing about your timelines and experiences.
Thank you!
