Pending EB3 I485 for 30months, congress office told to wait for another 60 days till contact them again, should I file WOM now or after 60 days contact congress office again?
Hi, I just joined this forum. My I-485 was received by USCIS in Jan 2024. congress office helped in Feb 2026. I received RFE medical in March 2026, I submitted medical exam, USCIS received it on March 30, 2026. I contacted congress office again yesterday, they replied that due to current vetting and lack of staff, USCIS need more time to adjudicate my case, and wait for another 60 days if no progress, contact them again. In this case, do I stand a solid ground if file WOM now? Or should I wait another 60 days then contact congress again? I also filled ths homeland security OIS form, but that was even slower than congress office from previous experience.
Thanks!

I-765 through AOS disappeared from USCIS account
Has anyone had their I-765 disappear from their USCIS online account while the case is still pending?
I had my marriage-based green card interview about a month ago, and it’s been three days since my I-765 disappeared from my dashboard.
My I-130 and I-485 are still showing, but the I-765 no longer appears in my online account.
The case still shows as “being processed” when I check the receipt number, but it no longer appears in my online account even though other applications are still visible.
Is this usually just a system glitch, or did anything happen after this for you
My case is still pending. I have an arrest record, none of which led to a conviction. I have responses to the RFE, but it’s taking too long. I have 60 days left in the US. attorney

A05 category EAD
Hi community,
Has anyone applied for EAD under A5 category (based on approved asylum) recently? I have been waiting for 15 months for it. Already did online case inquiry through USCIS website twice but no response.
Since I am waiting for my Greencard as well(for 18 months now), I at least wanted to get the EAD so that I could get a real ID to fly domestically among other reasons.
Please share your experience with A5 category EAD.

Curious if anyone in similar situation
A few weeks ago, I chatted with Emma and was told that my I-485 case was at the Queens Field Office, which made sense because I live in Queens, NY.
Yesterday, I asked Emma again about my case timeline and where my file is currently located. This time, Emma said my case is at the Los Angeles (LA) Field Office. I asked twice, and both agents gave me the same answer.
Is this normal? Has anyone else's case been transferred to a different field office even though they don't live in that area? Did it affect your processing time?
I'd appreciate hearing about your experience. Thanks!
