me mandaron un RFE pidiendo que mande más evidencia de mi paroled 212 D 5, ya respondí enviando el paroled completo, alguien más con este caso
I received an RFE asking for more evidence regarding my 212(d)(5) parole; I’ve already responded by sending the complete parole documentation. Is there anyone else dealing with this situation?

[VAWA] I-485 Interview: Answer from memory or look at forms?
Hi everyone,
For a VAWA-based I-485 interview, can I reference a copy of my forms while answering questions, or do I have to answer entirely from memory?
If I'm not allowed to look at any paperwork, should I ask my lawyer for copies of my I-360 and 1-485 right now so I can start reviewing and memorizing the timelines?
Would love to hear from anyone with experience. Thanks!

Case Approved on June 26, 2026
My I-140 (EB-3 schedule A nurse) finally got approved yesterday after 749 days of waiting. I'm from one of the 39 and 75 pause and banned countries respectively. My PD was June 7, 2024 and I got approved on June 26, 2026.
God is still God. Be patient and just believe. It shall be your turn soon. It is not over until it is over, don't give up!
Anyone else with a VAWA pending for almost 5 years?
I filed my VAWA in August 2021. I got an RFE for bona fide marriage, replied 2 months ago, and now both my I-360 and I-485 (filed in 2019 through marriage) were transferred to another office on the same day.
Has anyone had a similar timeline? Did it lead to an interview, denial, approval? If so, how much notice did USCIS give, and what happened next?
Thank you! 🙏
FINALLY
Religious worker here.
Finally, after so many years, my case has been approved. From visa retrogression to the travel ban, this journey has been one obstacle after another.
If you're affected by the travel ban, do everything legally possible to bring attention to your case. I tried everything: reached out to multiple members of Congress for assistance, submitted an e-Request service inquiry, called USCIS to try to speak with a Tier 2 officer, looked into filing a mandamus lawsuit, planned to contact the USCIS Ombudsman the following week, and, honestly, I even updated my address on the USCIS website hoping it might trigger some sort of review on their end.
This process has been long, painful, and incredibly expensive—both financially and mentally. I'm just grateful it's finally over. For the first time in years, I have real peace of mind.
If you have any questions about my journey or the process, go ahead and ask. I've got time.

Thank God Almighty.
Married in November 2025 to U.S. citizen girlfriend, after being together for 5 years, inside the U.S.
On 21 March 2026, applied for adjustment of status.
On 17 June 2026, the interview went smoothly. Most of the questions were directed to U.S. citizen wife; he was only asked questions from the I-485 form.
On 19 June 2026, the I-485 was approved.
On 26 June 2026, the card is being produced.
