New Court rules on GC for re-entry.
So what do you all think about this new rule? Even if you have no criminal history, the CBP officer can suspect you of anything on the spot and accuse you of any crime that you didn’t commit? That’s how I am interpreting the true meaning behind all this..

no dear.. u must have a criminal record. lets not cause panic for ourselves. there has to be a criminal charge with or without conviction. but there must be documented criminal charge . so if you have a criminal charge against you, dont travel internationally. thats all.
