USCIS updated response received on June 21st
not sure how fast will it move now, as from July dates are again retrograded to Oct 2022
EB2-NIW March 2024 filers — anyone with a decision yet? (Nebraska/IOE)
EB2-NIW case, Nebraska Service Center (IOE), receipt date March 21, 2024, day 831 with no decision yet. I’m seeing that many cases from Jan-March 2024 are still waiting while later months (May, June) seem to be moving faster. Has anyone in this filing range already received a decision? If so, which service center and how many days did it take? Trying to understand if this is a pattern by center, by nationality, or just random processing. Thanks in advance.

hello I apply for i31 about 72 days and it’s showing me it is in process but the qs is they didn’t send me any biometrics appointment yet I send them my previous one with the file it is normal ?
and also I send them my credit card information but they send me a latter Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application. Your payment is being returned to you with this notice. No additional action by you is reauired at this time.

Hi everyone! who is in the same situation? I have a old USCIS ACCOUNT for my i-130 and i-485 uder us citizen filed for a spouse, I got a divorce and filed i-360 , I just added my new application receipt number in my old USCIS ACCOUNT, since I never received any update in my i-360 USCIS account, I only received notice from USCIS in mailbox , what can I do please?

I submitted a USCIS case inquiry on June 18 and received a response on June 25 (about 7 days later).
This is what USCIS said in the response:
“Your case is awaiting review. We assure you that we are working to complete the adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. You do not need to do anything at this time. When we make a decision or take further action on your case, we will mail a notice to you or your representative at the address you gave us.”
