hello I apply for i31 about 72 days and it’s showing me it is in process but the qs is they didn’t send me any biometrics appointment yet I send them my previous one with the file it is normal ?
and also I send them my credit card information but they send me a latter Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. they have change everything now asylees are not required to pay for I-485 filling fee so it won’t surprise me if they change it

@SPECIALIST American Dream as my attorney said 165 and I send them my credit card information but they didn’t charge me anything and they said they don’t need anything to process my application at this time and they accept my file and it’s on process

@sarah heips I have my asylum granted more then 2 years and my i485 in process so I believe I’m a asylee right now

@SPECIALIST American Dream aslo my attorney said if anything wrong then they will send back the whole file but instead of this they accept it and they send me a received latter it’s says it is on process now.
so my attorney said everything is fine but I’m confused because almost 2 month no update about biometrics I send them my old biometrics it is okay? or they need new biometrics no idea

I guess if they have your biometrics it’s not expired so you fine I just submitted mine and they asked for biometrics

@Silvya Khalil my old biometric is 2019 and I give them this one and if they were taken this it’s suppose to show me fingerprints were take. but nothing yet that’s why I’m confused
and if I’m. missing then biometrics appointment latter anyway I can check?

i didn't go to biometrics for my i131. they used my green card biometrics @

did you have pending case like i484 if they don’t need biometrics they will update your previous biometrics automatically

@ check your mail box because when check online it say processing and I found they send me a letter with appointment for biometrics and it’s not change online until I went to my appointment so wait and always check your mail box
