last week being current EB1c India
PD Dec 2022 concurrent filing EB1C India received a lengthy RFE for whole family and medical again May 8th response submitted 19th June USCIS updated response received on June 21st not sure how fast will it move now, as from July dates are again retrograded to Oct 2022

I think FAD will further retrograde as per the July bulletin mostly. they may process cases submitted RFE already. Some blogs say that Medical RFE (last) issued only after VISA number allocation. It’s only reading but never know how each case treated , got to wait and see . all the best

19th June RFE reaponded 22nd June: Status updated to response received, actively reviewing 26th June: New Card is being Produced 29th June: Case was approved
