VAWA CASE
Hi everyone! who is in the same situation? I have a old USCIS ACCOUNT for my i-130 and i-485 uder us citizen filed for a spouse, I got a divorce and filed i-360 , I just added my new application receipt number in my old USCIS ACCOUNT, since I never received any update in my i-360 USCIS account, I only received notice from USCIS in mailbox , what can I do please?

After your I-369 VAWA Application, they will never use your the same email address to give you update because of domestic violence. They has to make sure your email is not used by your partner as the one who abused you. Next step for you is you need to have a new email address and add your case number there. After you will be able to see everything. I know because I have gone through the same situation.

@B W , which one? my USCIS account email or my regular email that I use for everything? I really appreciate your advice my friend , thank you 👍

When you log into your USCIS account, the email address you are currently using will not receive any updates.
