H4 EAD card production delay
Anyone in the same boat? My H4 ead standalone was submitted on Nov 13 2024 and finally approved on April 10 2026 and it has been 60 with still no card.Already submitted a non delivery request 30days back with no response yet and my 540 days extension ends soon! Enquiry with USCIS live agent they are just asking to wait. What else can we do?

About my interview was smooth , not tricky question! Asked me about my employer and when I’ll start to work for them . Yes/ no question ! took me 20 min ! I didn’t bring a lawyer !
She was nice and told me she should approve me but my date wasn’t available!
I left the country 3x with my travel parole and was everything good too !
I didn’t request inquiries , congressman or mandamus.

Hello family, Filed VAWA case in July 2025 with biometrics done for I-360, I-485, and I-131, but no I-765 receipt notice received—has anyone faced this and did refiling affect processing time?
Hello family,
I filed my VAWA case in July 2025 and completed biometrics for my I-360, I-485, and I-131. However, I never received a receipt notice for my I-765 (work permit).
My attorney suggested refiling the I-765. Has anyone experienced this before? Did you continue waiting or refile? If you refiled, did it affect your processing time or cause any issues?
I would appreciate any advice or shared experiences.

RFE in Day 44 after PP (39 countries)
I got an RFE today in the business day 44 since my request for PP. I haven’t received details on the RFE yet, but I heard two opinions: some said these are harsh ones due to the negative factor for nationality, others say they usually buy time since they can’t adjudicate cases from the 39 countries. any thoughts what to expect?
