yes I am in the same boat as you but mine is 3 years not 4. I contacted Congress and USCIS sent me an email telling me that I would get an interview by 90 and that my case is waiting an interview and if 90 days pass I should contact them.

My I-130 has been at the Potomac Service Center for 200 days; I think it’s one of the centers with the longest processing times. 😔

@zek sei initially it was an AOS but we decided to switch the counselor processing. Now it’s with NVC.

Even if your country is among the 75 countries with a total ban, they will still deny your case.
