Does anyone know how long after they approve your i-130 it takes for you to get an interview for Cuidad de Juarez, Mexico? I’m still waiting to be approved but I just want to know how long the whole process will take! My case has been AR since February 19,2022 and is at Vermont. Anyone with similar cases?
US permanent resident applying for Parents.
Hello,
I’m a lawful US permanent resident who married a US citizen. I have received my Green Card in August 2021 almost 10 months after submitting my application. Me and my wife are trying to get my mom in the US to live with us.
I’m the only child of my mom. My Dad passed away in 2014. My mom lives alone, she has no one to take care of her and on top of that she retired. Me and my wife are worried about her if something happens and has no one to relying on.
I know that I can apply for her to come her live with us if I have my US citizenship and it will take me up to 3 year to be eligible to apply for the citizenship, but who knows what could happen by then?
I’m looking for advice and help to get my mom live with me and my wife here in the US

Move while waiting for oath ceremony
Hi fellow immigrants, my naturalization application was just approved and now I am waiting for the oath ceremony. What happens if I move to another city with a different field office in the meantime? will the oath ceremony be scheduled in the new field office ? thank you!
Visa retrogression
Hello everyone my labor for eb3 other category is going to approve in this month but retrogression is here.can anyone explain how long it can be last. is it possible that its only for month of june or it will go untill October new visa cap for USCIS. Meanwhile is it a good idea in any way to file and have approved i40 than file i485 and work permit separately because of retrogression. is there any positive thing in it. thank you very much in advance!
welcome letter
hey everyone. my case Got approved by USCIS in Nov 2020 but UpTo date I haven't received a welcome letter. my priority date is April 2017. I've tried to expedite it was denied rather they said there was no visa available and that NVC will hold on to my a case one is available. what can I do ? or is this just how it is ?
