Perfect time to apply for green card on OPT
When is the perfect time to apply for OPT? should I apply for it on initial OPT or during my stem OPT extension. I was born in Ghana so priority date is current for Eb2.

You can apply during initial OPT . Just make sure you have your STEM OPT approved BEFORE filing I140. PWD and PERM don't show immigration intent, so you should be fine.
