My parents just had their I-765 approved. Does this mean their green card will get approved too ? is it a good sign ?

hey everyone. my case Got approved by USCIS in Nov 2020 but UpTo date I haven't received a welcome letter. my priority date is April 2017. I've tried to expedite it was denied rather they said there was no visa available and that NVC will hold on to my a case one is available. what can I do ? or is this just how it is ?

I am aware that there may be some maintenance on the ceac website at the moment but wanted to know, am I the only one unable to pay the fees? it doesn't take me to the payment page rather it says that I've encountered an "... application error... please try again later..." anyone? Thanks. I saw some people say that it took them days to access that option after it gave this error 😞

Hi guys, i have a question my sister was deported once for domestic violence reentered and now she is a victim of domestic violence can she apply for a green card through vawa?

Initially when my husband portioned me ,the service center was Nebraska. Now when I check the I 130 biometrics appointment letter it's says NBC yet the center isn't on the list of processing centers on I 130 form. How will I be able to tell the processing time for NBC for this form? Thank you.

I am working at a consulting company from india and serving for one of the biggest banking client at USA since 2019 April . I am on H1B visa and now my company have started PERM process for GC . I heard they said as I have not met educational criteria so my process will not go further. I did BCA (Bachelor in computer Application) 3 years bachelor program and do not have any masters . my question is is there any way or process can start my GC process and I have 15 years of IT experience . any suggestions are welcome and I can take hire any Attorney firm from side.
