I know I’m not the only person who notices such an event going on at this location. The service center keep accepting new cases daily but , no action on approved or denial. Can someone please tell me what is going there?

Seriously, the energy the service center has to accept new cases, if the can use the same energy on decision, then most of us will have known where we are. Some day, the accept three new cases, other 2 and most day about 4. In a week, the service center accept between 3 to 8 cases.
