*Implications of changing employers during I-140 amendment process*
I am currently working for "Company A" and my I-140 was approved through "Company A" in Jan 2018. "Company A" was acquired by "Company B" in 2019, so the I-140 amendment process was filed in June 2021 with USCIS to change the employer/petitioner name from "Company A" to "Company B". The I-140 Amendment is still in progress with USCIS.
So, if I quit my current employer "Company B" now (while the amendment is in progress) and move to a different company, what are the implications ?
If "Company B" revokes the amended I-140 later when it gets approved, what impact would it have on my visa status ?#i140amendment
Expedite request got denied
I made a request to expedite my EAD through my Congresswoman and sent the job offer letter together with the request but unfortunately it git denied. The email I received today says that "Please be advised, the Form I-765 is pending the adjudication of the principal Form I-131". what does this mean? Anyone experienced this?
form I- 134
Hello everyone, I have a couple questions please, if you can assist me:
1. Can I supplement form I-134 with my actual employment contract instead of employment verification letter?
2. For how many months did you usually provide bank statements, like 3 months or something?
3. Do I need to provide paystubs, since transactions will be reflected on my bank account anyway?
4. Does my fiancee also need to show bank statement?

Anyone with I485J email with status “Card/Document Production”? after address change request?
I created an address change request on Wednesday last week and on Friday of same week at 6PM I get a notification that my i485j application status is under “Initial Review” and at 8PM I get another email with status of “Card/Document Production”.
Does anyone here have similar change in their i485j status either with or without address change request? if yes, what was the outcome?
Form I-824 question
Hey guys. It has been 105 days since my EB2 NIW I-140 (consular process) approval and the USCIS did not send my petition to NVC yet. I opened an inquiry to USCIS via Emma chat few days ago and they answered me today saying that I should file the form I-824 to request my process to be transferred to NVC. Have someone experienced something like this? How you solved? The fee for this form is almost $500 and also the processing time is too long! I can’t afford wasting more time or money. Thank you.
