can you apply for naturalization if your I-751 is pending?
I was told by RapidVisa that I cannot apply for naturalization if my I-751 - petition to remove conditions is still pending. Is that true? #I751 #I-751 #N400 #N-400

Could they mean that RapidVisa doesn't recommend or won't lodge N-400 Naturalization application with a pending I-751 Removal-of-Conditions application?
They're also wrong (intentionally!?!) about USCIS Nats fee -- https://rapidvisa.com/naturalization-cost/. $1,170 USD is the filing fee for N-600 Citizenship application, NOT for N-400 Naturalization application. For N-400, the filing fee is $640 USD -- https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator

you can always file for N400 if you have been here and married for 3 years

@firstname I’ve been married for 4 years and also have been living in the US. The last update to my I-751 case was “fingerprints have been taken” and that was 349 days ago. The wait is so frustrating. Does USCIS allow us to fill the N400 concurrently?

@SP I haven’t come across another similar company, but if I do, I’ll share!

@bugsburger they suggested waiting for the 1751 to be approved first and then apply for naturalization after. they said it’s risky. Good to know about the fee as well.

have a dedicated immigration attorney so no first-hand experience with such service models, but look at https://citizenpath.com/

As long as your marriage is 3years old and your I-751 is inside, you can apply for N400.

yes you can. I'm in the same situation and my N400 is been pending since 5 months ago
