Complicated Marriage Cases
Anyone got a complicated marriage case? I have been married 2 twice but only filed once case was denied due to abandonment(not responding to NOID) as I couldn't respond because .my current marriage had just failed due to both my spouse and i having children by different people. Can I marry my baby mama and start all over again?
I-765 Application for employment Authorization
I applied for opt on March 23rd and received RFE on May 23rd. Therefore, I submitted my RFE Response by June 3rd.
Now the thing is that my F-1 status grace period ends by July 5 and I haven’t heard back from USCIS after submitting the documents for RFE. I understand their processing times might be too long but since my grace period ends I was worried.
What shall I be doing on this case?
Please guide.

Hi, i am wondering does anyone with a similar submision date got approved? First the aprox. wait time was from 3-7 months for texas service center NOW ITS 12.5 MONTHS. ALSO they pushed the date right when we reached it so i couldnt even write the letter 😤😤😤

Job Change on EAD while AOS pending in EB3 for the last 9 months
EAD and AOS on EB3 category
Currently I m working with company A as a senior consultant and got offer from company B with same and similar job duties but designation as a MANAGER , and joining company B on EAD and also my (AOS) I-485 on EB3 category is pending more than 9 months with Employer A.
Questions:
1- is it fine to join employer B on as manager designation with same and similar responsibilities
2- what exactly docs we need for filing supplement J with new employer #EAD

Have you ever contacted a Tier 2 Officer regarding your F2A case pending at USCIS?
Was he/she able to help you speed up the process ?
I previously tried to put a service request but it did not help.
I also contacted my Congress and Senator Offices without any success.
My husband and I are tired of the wait as most of us on this app.
Every suggestion / advise help!

I have no faith anymore.How come people whose pd is not even current getting their visas& people like me still waiting even after being pd and country current?? Uscis lying about pd then.Unfair uscis.

Can I travel inside the USA from Atlanta to Florida while My case still pending but I have my work permit and social security approved from uscis I have also
my valid passport
No state Id 🪪 or driving license.
I won’t have any issue with immigration officer at the airport.

What does it mean, I140 approved?
What does mean i140 approval? Is it almost guaranteed that you will get your i485 approved? Lawfully showing that 97% approval rate.
What happens if you get denied after interviews on your EB3 case?
Can your lawyer somehow dispute it and get it to the court?
Just wondering.
