domestic flight
hello Can I travel inside the USA from Atlanta to Florida while My case still pending but I have my work permit and social security approved from uscis I have also my valid passport No state Id 🪪 or driving license. I won’t have any issue with immigration officer at the airport. I got to the usa with b1b2 visa tourists and I got married here any help plz.

within the us, they don’t look at all that, just have a valid form of id to match your ticket and you’re all set

to be on the safe side find out from your lawyer if u have one . better to be sure.. I think these ICE people be all over on plane on the grey hound bus. so get assurance from a lawyer first.

I’m on the same situation as you I came with B2 and got married here. but I still use my passport to travel and I also apply for SSN and DL

@ib Atlanta thank you for sharing your personal information. when you traveled by airplane did you bring also your uscis letters in case if the officier ask about your status?have you ever some one at the airport (immigration officier) asked or stoped 🛑 you about your statut. let me know thank you again

I traveled only inside the usa 🇺🇸 no worries . you need just your passport.
