How are you all doing ? I know this process can be very tasking, time draining, expensive and frustrating. if you have any question regarding your immigration process, drop it in the comment section and hopefully someone gives you a response. I will also answer as much as I can since I have been through this process and Learnt a lot of things.

apply for siblings
any idea if there’s any chance to apply for green card to a sibling if I’m a green card holder and married with a us citizen? like if my husband can be a sponsor for my sibling. when I looking at I-130 form I can fill box that I’m permanent resident and next who I’ll will applying for and there’s a box with siblings. im kinda confused. anyone with experience or facts? thanks

Hoping to get a response tomorrow since it will be a year since I filed. Requested for an expedite since March and haven’t got any response yet. the congressman office also will not call uscis since my case is apparently under normal processing time. btw i have no i130 too (still waiting).
