All of my civil documents & affidavit of support & other documents accepted but i recieved a message .
please submit every 2021 W-2/1009 form for (my spouse) & of my joint sponser.
after submission i have to wait for 3 month so again they can review my case or will they review immidiately ?
please help out anybody.

Hi all! I’m helping my friend put together their packet to submit AOS for her husband. Will these items listed be enough? They don’t have much financial evidence as money is tight, He doesn’t have a license so he can’t go on their car insurance. They live together but she also has an apartment in different city (she works in a city 2 hours away so sometimes she’s too tired to drive back and forth, plus the rising fuel costs). Married since 2021. Anyway these some of the evidence she does have:
Joint lease for their shared apartment
Insurance and Insurance claims for her, her spouse and step kids

Foster child placement showing both she and her spouse
Photos
Joint tax return (2021)
Joint Bills
Sworn Letters from her boss and a few friends
Conversations between them from 2019 (before marriage) to present
Conversations between his mom and her
Conversations between her mom and him
Conversations with she and her step children
Life insurance showing him as beneficiary
Social media posts
Letters and cards from special occasions between them and family members
Gifts they bought for each other

Didn’t get Invoice ID from NVC
Hey everyone! my US fiancé and I recently got notification that our K1 case is being transferred to the consulate here in my local country. We got the new case number but did not get an invoice ID so we can’t log into the CEAC portal to pay the fees and submit financial support documents. We tried the trick of using the applicant’s DD-MMM-YYYY but it didn’t work. Has anyone been in a similar situation? The phone lines seem to be a problem so not sure if there’s another way we can contact them to get the ID. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I-693 medical form interfile
We applied for I-485 in November 2020 and received our combo cards in January 2022. in between we interfiled our I-693 in October,2021. Now, do we have to do our medical again and if not, is there a way to know if USCIS successfully received our medical records? #medical #I-693
