My case is approved by uscis in 153 days. like I'm out side of us. Now my case is in nvc from 58 days fee and other required documents are filled so when should I expect from nvc schedule my interview

Hello everyone My EB3-3 unskilled i485 transferred from Nebraska to NBC on February 17th , 2022 . i haven’t heard anything for 4 months now . is there anyone who has the similar situation or is it normal . I just did SR now and the number shows it went to FO, I did over 30 SR and all of them ended with NBC or MSC. this one ended with DAL Dallas office.
