Welcome Notice from NVC / EB3 visa, Consular Processing
Hi there, How long is it taking to receive the Welcome Notice after I140 approval? (With login details to access Ceac and send the DS260). I hear different responses, from 1 month to 6 months. What was your experience? Thanks.
