my interview was scheduled in OCT 2019 I received two RFE’s which we replied nothing since then how long will it take? Anyone is same situation?

If NIW case is approved while asylum is still pending adjudication for almost 4 years now, am I qualified to file for adjustment status (i-485) in the US or I have to go through the consular process outside the US to do that?

can anyone share the timeline ( how long ) for ur case to be approved when u are in removal proceeding when u filed that I-130. I only saw handful of people sharing and mostly it’s around 2 years. mine has been 19 months not approved and tomorrow I will have interview for I-485. hopefully at least my I-130 will be approved so I can terminate the removal proceeding

hello everyone. Has anyone travelled with an approved advance parole only while their adjust of status is pending? I received my AP document already but do not have my EAD yet. would I be ok to travel even if I’ve accumulated unlawfully presence in the US? please share your thoughts and experiences. thank you #advanceparole

F41 visa application/ main petitioner is my older brother

hi. anyone has an idea about F41 category of visa appication? the petitioner is my older brother. it was last year of march since we got an update about NVC. we have paid and forwarded all the documents and received an update few months ago that we are awaiting for US embassy interview. question 1: anybody knows how to expedite the process? or can we request for that to NVC? the catch is.. if ever I will be approved, I will be travelling with my wife and older sister as well. I will be accompanied with my wife, and my sister has the same case ID number as me. question2: my sister has a mental condition she was admitted to a mental care center few years ago and is now taking medications. what shall we do and will it affect her application? Also, I need to know if we can request to NVC to expedite our cases since we need to seek medical attention for my sister? Thanks a lot for your help and inputs regarding this matter.

Hi. I was on J1 visa and I got married two years ago.. We still together However my husband do not want us to proceed with a Greencard application. He don’t give me enough information and not helpful at all. He no longer wanna work and bills are on my shoulder and he became so aggressive all of the sudden. I’m stressed he seem to be not interested anymore. I’m very stressed, I have children and time is not in my time. I do not know what to do in this situation. Please Help 🙏🏽

Dear Lawfully Family, I need help,my roommate got information about my petition and my spouse information and wrote to USCIS requesting to withdraw the petition!!!! We had some misunderstanding and that's what she did as pay back 😭😭. She showed me the letter when i was asking her to leave my place!!! when i checked the status of the case it shows actively reviewed. It has been 10 months of waiting and i don't know where to start to let USCIS know it wasn't me!!!! It's been a month ever since she did this,but i haven't received any letter concerning the withdrawal!! What can i do Family?? please 🙏 🙏 🙏 advise.

do you guys have experienced any issues to travel outside the USA when receiving your travel permit? anyone any experience with it? i am torn to risk it or not - I am afraid that the customs will be like “and today I won’t let you back inside”

Does NVC Send Any Notification?

Hello everyone. We're currently at NVC stage for marriage consular process. I have couple of question. 1) Does NVC notify you once they start reviewing your case? 2) Once you are approved, how long does it take your consullar schedule you an appointment? 3) How long before your embassy let you know about the date of your appointment time? I'm asylum granted waited 1 year to apply my green card then I applied i485 after applied i485 and waited almost a year uscis called me for an interview I went the interview and it ended well view day later my status changed to , Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It? I need help for what's that suppose to mean.
