i765 Expedite Request (No Update)
I submitted my expedite request on April 29, 2022 and didn’t get a response until June 02, 2022, asking for evidence.
I sent in evidence on June 04, 2022 and even after two weeks I didn’t hear anything or get an update. I called USIC a few times to check if there are any updates or if they received my information and according to agents they didn’t see any new updates but it can take up to 60 days before anything is updated (which in that case, to me, it wouldn’t be an expedite, so that makes no sense, cause that way too long).
Because they told me that there was no update, I went ahead and submitted the evidence once again on June 21, 2022 and still didn’t receive any type of response. So far I’ve seen several people submitted and expedite and gotten responses in days even after being asked for evidence, within 1 week or less. but so far it’s been 9 weeks and yes I know every case is different, but it’s strange.
Has anyone else experienced this ?
UPDATE: I spoke with a agent on EMMA and this was there response after I asked them to check;
“From what I can confirm at this time, this request has been forwarded to the USCIS office that has jurisdiction over this case for further review. You will need to continue to wait for further updates regarding this matter.”
They disconnected the chat and didn’t even give me a chance to ask how to reach out to the office.
Prosecutorial Discretion to dismiss proceedings
I’m currently in removal proceeding which my hearing is being pushed every year. But my I-130 had been approved since 2016. My lawyer said he filed joint motion for prosecutorial discretion to dismiss my removal proceeding since September 2021. But we have no update till now from the govt lawyers to join the motion. My case is in Atlanta. Has anyone file a motion to dismiss with Atlanta DHS attorney. How long did it take to get a response.
uscis denail my case on I-485 ..due to joints sponsor
usics denail my case becaus,frist they issued an RFE on my form I-864 saying it was not complete. my lawyer filed it again and they denied my case.. now the reason for the denial state that we did not summit recents tax return.l summited my documents on January 11 and they issued the rfe on 28 January and my lawyer summited the rfe on 8 march..we summited 2019tax and 2020.because the time we summit the form they have not filed 2020 tax.
service center has changed
Hello Lawfully Family,
Does anyone know how to interpret the pro Analysis here? yesterday it showed that i am 28th out of 74,then showed me that service center has changed to which one, i don't know, and it showed 13th out of 25,then went back to 28th out of 74!! Am a bit confused, California service center before, now i don't know which service center my csse is at now. please advise 🙏
