Hello
I have i-130 for spouse approved and i did mistake on it so they didn’t send it to NVC i don’t want to do i-824 ,i want to make a new i-130 should i make new account on USCIS or same account ?

why not just do I-824 I mean I don’t know why you are not doing it but if you do it then they will send it to NVC

menuka because it takes from 3 months to 22 month instead of that just refile i-130 is easier and probably gonna be faster

What makes you think filing I-130 would be faster? Some service centers are taking as long as 3 years to approve a case.

i think when you request(824) uscis to send your approval (-130) to nvc it takes between 2 to 4 months

other reason takes longer between 3-17 months so file another I-130 it’s not necessary

yes i130 after I have to file I-824

evey case is different I-130 can take ,7,8 months or 22,23 months

this people are just evil..they could request ans RFE for that i-824 just like they request if you leave something out, but they rather wait to approve it then make you file again so you wait even longer

I wouldn’t advise you to refile i130
a friend of mine waited 5 years for i130 approval ; her wife petitioned him and she is also a USC
just do the 824 and wait
