Which service center is IOE?
I’ve been thinking for the past few months that my service center was Potomac because it said on the Receipt notice. but IOE is an online service center. What does this mean? How can I predict the outcome of my case if IOE isn’t even an option on lawfully? I received two receipt notices, one from Potomac and one from Texas.

This is a question for one of my friend. My friends recently got married, his wife is Indian citizen but she lives in Australia on a student visa. My friend wants to apply for her I-130, question is will she get her nvc interview in india or in Australia? Also will he need to add her Australia address as permanent address or Indian address? please suggest?

I received an NOA that stated that USCIS received my 130 petition from Potomac. About a week later, I received another NOA that provided my access code, so that I was about to create an online profile with USCIS, but it was from the Texas processing center. Is Potomac or Texas my processing center?
Filling Form Marriage Based Greencard with Greencard Holder (LPR)
My husband is just got his permanent resident card (greencard) and he plan to sponsor me greencard as well. Currently I stay in the US with active working visa. Can we fill form I-130 together with I-485, I-131, and I-765 at the same time? or we need to fill form I-130 only then waiting it got accepted or should we wait till the visa bulletin is current ?

question regarding C21 visa category
hi, on my wife nvc case, visa category is C21 which means conditions because of less than 2 years of marriage. I’m LPR not citizen. in coming month it will be more than 2 years of marriage… pretty sure within a month there won’t be a dq and interview .. let’s say they do all dq and interview in next 3 months.. what category visa falls in C21 or F21.. because at that time 2 year marriage bar will no longer valid..
K-3 Visa Information Help!
Hi! I just wanted some information about the K-3 visa. Am I able to apply for it in America or is my spouse supposed to apply from the country he is in? Will this effect my I-130, is there any fees for filing I-129f? is it worth applying? I’ve been waiting almost a whole year for my I-130 to be approved and no response. thinking about applying for k-3 to at least have the I-130 get approved. any advice?
NVC documentarily qualified i 130 (wife) F2A
hello guys, how are you? my wife's documents have been approved by NVC in January. I have a question if she will be granted an interview since she is now 3 months pregnant. also is there any restrictions in granting a visa to my wife if the consular realize she is let say 8 months pregnant. also if she is granted a visa will the airline allows her to travel to the US if she is around 8 months. thanks guys.

I would like to know if one of you guys, can help me or give me an advice with my case.
Recently i got my i-130 petition approved, and my case is currently at the NVC, i’m at the stage where i just submitted the Affidavit of Support and civil docs.
In my country, there is a huge backlog (2 years backlog) to make you an appoiment for an interview at the embassy.
i would like to know, if one of you had or heard about AOS with a F2A having B1/B2 Visa (6 month maintaining legal status), while having the i-130 petition approved.
it is possible???

should i file for a k-3?
after reading a lot of people filing for the k-3, i started wondering if i should, too?
i live in germany and my husband is a US citizen, we filed the I-130 on october 27th. our status is still “case received and notice sent”.
what are your experiences? is it too late for me to file for a K-3? would it even make sense??? please help!!
