Form I-944
So
I am under 21 and I am filling out the I-944 and where it says if the individual lives me
The person is my Mother and she is currently in New York
But I'm scared if I put no and they ask me for Guardian information
As the school I'm attending said that they should go to court to Appoint my sister, who I'm currently staying with, as my guardian
But we didn't do that

Ok based on your previous post, let me try to understand your case. You are an unmarried child under 21 whose I-130 petition by your Mother is approved.
Now you are trying to adjust your status and need to file I-485 and relevant documents.
The main issue here is not how you file I-944 since this form is needed to declare self sufficiency as in you don’t be burden to the US government.
I am wondering how is your mom going to fill i-864, affidavit of support.
not sure how this all going to work out when you two live separately, based on your post looks like you might not be fully aware of all the process, if i were you, i will really get a lawyer and obviously stay with your mom.

Also if you are staying in a different location due to your college, then that’s your college location but your permanent address will be your mom’s place in NY and her household is what you need to consider filling each form
