@Brady007 yes my marriage is marriage based. My marriage will be going into it’s third year this year September 2021.

When did you get your first/conditional greencard?

@Brady007 I didn’t got any conditional green card because my wife and I were married in 2018.

what does your green card say? Resident since? If it says resident since Dec 2020 then you can apply 90 days prior to 3 years of that date (dec 2023) if you maintained continued residence and other various criterias
