Hi everyone,
A friend of mine left to Morocco with his new moroccan passport while his American passport has not arrived yet. Right now he is stucked there without his green card and his American passport.
Is there any solution to this situation? He tried with embassy and they advised his to contact uscis.

Hello everyone, I need help.
I submitted i485 last week. I got rejected for i485 a few times ago (2years ago) because Lc expires. when filling out the i485 application recently, I forgot to remind the consultant and fill out the application that I was rejected for i485 a few times ago and they put No in the box “Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in the US?”
will it affect my application? what should I do? I'm still waiting for the receipt

vawa receipt taken over 2 months
i applied 08/8/22, uscis received it 08/10 and signed.
till now past 2 months and no receipt!
i call uscis and they cant find anything in the system with my name! the file cant be lost because i tracked it and its been signed by someone who accpeted the delivery at vermont center.
what do i do?? my lawyer says she wants to refile?! what should i do. im wanting to even leave rhis lawyer shes done nothing and gives me false info. i know more about vawa than she seems to
